The score reads only public signals, which anyone can verify for themselves, and says nothing about who runs a domain or how safe its products are. "Register" is the Lunara register: only a named human review sets it. The list of companies is published; the data is open at GET lunara-registry/passportLeague. A company that wants a row corrected can rescan itself on the passport page at any time.
