Your subscription.

Cancel, change the card, update billing details or download invoices, yourself, at any time. Enter your order reference: it starts with LO- and is in your order email and on your order page.

How cancelling works

1. Open billing takes you to Stripe's secure page for your subscription. Nothing about your card passes through Lunara.
2. Choose Cancel. It takes effect at the end of the term you have already paid for, so nothing you paid for is cut short, and nothing more is charged.
3. Until then everything keeps working: Passport Monitor keeps scanning, a verification stays on the register. You can also restart before the term ends.

Lost your order reference? Write to lunarasociety@gmail.com from the address you paid with and we will cancel it for you the same day.
