Article 50 has been enforceable since 2 August 2026. The next date in the Act is 2 December 2026, machine-readable marking for generative systems already on the market, and, the same day, two new prohibited practices.

The Context

This is the record,
not a picture of one.

Certification produces an entry in the public register and a credential that points back at it. The fields above are the fields a real entry carries, drawn from the same source as the published registry contract, so what you see here is what a lookup would return.

Nothing on it is permanent. Certification is revocable, and revocations are published as openly as certifications, because a register whose entries could never be withdrawn would not be worth querying.

Article 50 of the EU AI Act has been in force since 2 August 2026, and more obligations bind on 2 December 2026. A buyer, an auditor or a regulator is entitled to ask how an AI system is governed, and most suppliers can answer only with documents they wrote about themselves.

The question is no longer whether your AI is capable. The question is whether it can be governed, audited, and held accountable. Certified Constitutional AI is the credential that answers that question, formally and publicly.

Why this track exists

Why this track exists

Financial services AI operates under overlapping regulatory regimes. FINRA 2026 GenAI Governance demands robust AI oversight. The CFPB is scrutinizing algorithmic decisioning in lending. Federal banking regulators have issued guidance on model risk management for AI systems. The EU AI Act classifies credit scoring and insurance pricing AI as high risk.

Government AI

AI in public-sector roles. Mapped to the NIST AI RMF, CISA guidance, FedRAMP and civil-rights protections.

Keeps the governance standard in place when an agency changes AI vendor.

Why this track exists

Government AI deployment is accelerating across federal, state, and international bodies. The Albanian AI minister Diella has surfaced the governance gap that no existing framework addresses. The European AI Office is actively developing standards for AI systems in public roles. NIST is expected to release Q3 guidance on AI agent standards for federal procurement.

The Government Constitutional AI track maps each of the seven pillars to public sector governance requirements: NIST AI Risk Management Framework, CISA guidance, FedRAMP alignment, federal acquisition regulation, GAO audit authority, and civil rights protections including Title VI and Section 508.
