Every communication with Lunara Society is read by a human. We do not use automated responses for institutional inquiries.
This is the one we most want to hear. Every date we publish cites the article that sets it, and if you cannot reach our conclusion from the source we link, that is a defect on our side, not a difference of opinion. Send the obligation id from the regulatory record and what you think it should say.
Corrections are published in full, dated, with what changed and what caused it: all five so far. One of them came from re-reading an amending regulation and finding an obligation we had missed for three days. We would rather that arrive from you than from a customer.
A reply is quicker when the first message carries the whole question. For a certification enquiry: your legal entity name as registered, the domain you want verified, and the jurisdiction you operate in. For a question about the record: the obligation id and the article you are reading. For anything about a registry entry: the domain, and what the lookup returned.
Lunara is a small and new institution, and every message is read by a person rather than routed through an automated system. That means replies take days rather than minutes, and we would rather tell you that than publish a response-time promise we cannot keep. Nothing here is monitored around the clock.
If you are reporting something time-sensitive about a security or privacy issue on this site, say so in the subject line so it is not read in order.
We cannot tell you whether you are compliant with the EU AI Act. That is a legal question about your specific deployment and we are not your lawyers. We can tell you which obligations exist, when they bind and which article sets each date, which is a narrower and checkable thing. Lunara is a private standards body, not a regulator and not a notified body, and no certification we issue discharges a legal obligation.
We also cannot expedite a review for payment. Applying is free, a person reads it, and money does not move the queue or the outcome, the process, in full.
Most of what you would write to ask is already published in a form you can read directly, without waiting for a person: the obligations at corpus/obligations.json, the certification programme at certification.json, the registry protocol at corpus/registry-protocol.json, and the vocabulary at glossary.json. Each is free, unauthenticated and signed. Before writing on behalf of a principal, read what an agent may and may not do here.
