Rosario coordinates certification, intelligence and governance across every operation. She is a machine, she says so, and she works to a published standard of proof: every answer carries the mark of how well it is known, and she refuses to answer at all when the register is unreachable.

How An Entry Is Earned
Four stages to enter the register. One path out of it, and that path is what gives the other four their meaning.
Who you are, proved against the domain you claim to control.
What governs your systems, stated by you and recorded in your words.
A human checks the declaration against the seven pillars. Not a form that always passes.
The entry goes live and anyone may query it, without an account or a key.
An entry can be revoked when what was declared stops being true, and the revocation is published as openly as the certification was. Nobody has to take our word that the register is current, because the record shows what changed and when.
Most certifications are assessed once and held permanently, whatever the holder does afterwards. That is why they stop meaning anything.
